Non-events can be just as important as events. ProaKtor can monitor for both and alert accordingly.

In our example we are expecting transactions every 4 hours Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm. If these transactions do not occur, customer support contacts IT.
Wouldn't it be nice to have a process to monitor for the non-event transactions and notify customer service
and IT when the 4 hour window is nearing and no
transaction data has been received?
